Full payment in advance confirms your booking. Pay the amount in your booking confirmation using any of the options below. All prices are in Swiss francs (CHF).

Pay by card
The fastest option

Type the amount from your booking confirmation, in CHF.

Pay with your card, Apple Pay or Google Pay. A receipt is sent to you straight away.

TWINT
For guests with a Swiss TWINT app
In the TWINT app, choose Send and enter this number.
PayPal
From any country
In PayPal, send the agreed amount in CHF to this address.
Bank transfer
In CHF · allow 1 to 3 working days
Payment reference: your name and your booking date, for every method. It is how your payment is matched to your charter. By paying, you accept the policy below.
Booking & weather policy
Clear rules, so there are no surprises on the day.
Full refund
- If a Level 2 storm warning is issued.
- If the captain judges conditions unsafe, the charter is cancelled and fully refunded.
- The final weather decision is made 30 minutes before departure.
No refund for comfort cancellations
- Charters go ahead in rain, cloud, cool temperatures or limited sunshine, provided it is safe.
- Cancelling for comfort, preference or the look of the weather is not refunded.
- The boat has a full soft-top cover and side windows for protection in all weather.
Rescheduling
- Where possible, comfort-related changes can be rescheduled instead.
- The new date must fall up to 3 days before or 5 days after the original date, subject to availability.
