There is one boat, and it is never shared. Booking a charter is not booking seats on it — it is booking all of it, for the hours you choose, with nobody aboard but your own party and the captain.
Big enough for twelve. Small enough for the coves the scheduled boats cannot reach.

What it is not
Better said here than discovered at the pontoon.
There is no restroom on board. Facilities are available at the departure point — please use them before boarding. On longer charters a stop can be planned.
Boarding is by steps. There is no full wheelchair access. Tell us in advance and assistance is arranged; the deck is stable once you are aboard.
Twelve is a legal limit, not an estimate. The vessel is licensed for commercial passenger transport, and that number does not bend.
Licensed and professionally operated
Very few boats on Lake Thun hold a Swiss commercial passenger transport licence. It is what allows a private charter to carry paying guests at all — and it is why this boat cannot simply be hired out by anyone.
